Blitzkuhlenstraße 107, 45659 Recklinghausen You work for our subsidiary Heino Jagdt GmbH You co-ordinate construction sites in the field of piping construction (fire heat) and first, work, judge, and test tender documents for district heating projects and the daily business

You take responsibility for your projects, from planning to completion and make sure that your orders are handled economically, professionally and on time

You plan your team and dispose of equipment and materials on your construction sites. You also tax suppliers and subcontractors

You have an eye on compliance with internal and higher-level requirements (e.g. quality management, HSEQ, work safety) to achieve your project goals safely

You are the contact person for our customers, suppliers and internal colleagues in the project processing and actively promote optimizations

You have a completed master training as a piping manufacturer, plant mechanic, heating manufacturer or pipe master or technician training (m/w/d)

Ideally, you bring professional experience in groundwater pipeline construction, including knowledge of regulations, standards, guidelines and welding technology

First experience as a building manager (m/w/d) or in a coordinating role would be desirable or you have the courage to grow into this role

You have good MS Office licenses and a Class B license, ideally also class C/CE

You work independently and committed and owns negotiation skills You have the pleasure of teamwork and the joint achievement of project goals, combined with the willingness to continue training
