Your activities:

• Telephone service with coordination of incoming telephone requests
• First analyses of requests from customers and interested parties Products and services
• Support of the team in order management
• Updating customer master data / adjustment of prices by Provision
• Document processing, data collection, table processing
• Cooperation with the sales team
• Processing daily administrative tasks

Your profile:

You have a commercial training and have first or more Experiences in office management, secretariat or administration / Work in kind.

You work routined with popular MS Office programs, like also with an ERP software.

For these tasks, your knowledge of German in word and writing Good.
