As part of the transfer of employees (with the option of taking over or direct switching) we are looking for two building technicians (m/w/d) for building technology for a project application at our customer in Bonn.

♪ What activities do you expect?

• Self-fulfilment of work and tasks in the field of master services
• Monitoring of the order and the perfect overall condition of the supervised properties and control of buildings and technical installations
• Implementation of small repairs and support of service technicians in maintenance and repair work
• Documentation of faults and defects

♪ We are looking for a personality with the following profile:

• Complete technical training (e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, plant mechanics SHK) or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience in the field of work desirable
• Good technical expertise and craftsmanship
• Class B licence desirable
• willingness to participate in the call
• Self-employed, structured and careful working
• Team spirit and a friendly, service-oriented appearance
