Machine Operator - Metal Processing (m/w/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a machine operator - metal processing in the rolling mill (m/w/d) in full time in early shift, also for direct personnel placement.

Your tasks:

• Plant operation: control and monitoring of hot and cold rolling machines in the rough and fine rolling range.
• Measurement control: Testing of the finished sheets according to a predetermined test plan and ensuring the dimensional accuracy.
• Finishing: deburring and grinding of sheets by means of sheet metal grinding machine for surface finishing.
• Furnace operation: control and operation of heat treatment plants such as high vacuum heat ovens and Alox plants.

They bring with them:

• Professional experience: Ideally knowledge from a metalworking profession, e.g. machine and plant guide (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Technical interest: willingness to be incorporated into specific processes of rolling technology – also suitable for transverse beginners.
• Loadability: readiness to physically demanding activities and to work in temperature fluctuations.
• Layer readiness: ready for use in the early layer, with possible extension to a later layer rotation.
