With our 230 employees at the location in Freiburg-Munzingen we develop, construct and produce membrane gas pumps.

In our HR team we have to occupy the following place:

Creation and alerting of job advertisements via appropriate channels Implementation of interviews online and/or on site Organisation and implementation of onboarding for new employees Coordination of personnel service providers Advice and support of our executives on personal topics as well as on personnel planning Implementation of Benefits and health-promoting measures Participation in training, university and professional trade fairs

Commercial studies or training with corresponding further training/enrichment in personnel Professional experience in these HR sectors ideally in industry Very good recruitment and labour law skills Safe handling of Microsoft 365 and application management tools High team and communication skills and social competence Individually responsible, service-oriented, structured manner flowing English skills Ready to visit other KNF locations in Eschbach and Hamburg
