Application responsibility: You take the holistic responsibility for applications and processes related to material master files in SAP S/4HANA. In doing so, you ensure a stable, performant and future-proof operation and continuously develop the system landscape. System landscape: You enter adjacent systems in the engineering and PLM environment as well as existing legacy applications. You always keep the overall architecture in mind and ensure sustainable development and integration. Operation & Support: You secure a smooth operation in the daily business and are responsible for incident, change and release management. Disorders analyze structured and develop sustainable solutions to stabilize processes. Material master data: You shape and harmonize material master data structures, classifications and attribute models in close coordination with the management. You develop existing standards and create transparency and uniformity. Process optimization: You support and optimise central processes such as material installation and care, piece lists (BOM), work plans and change management in the engineering sector. You will ensure efficient and consistent processes. Integration in follow-up processes: You ensure that engineering data is integrated cleanly and completely into downstream processes such as production, purchasing and logistics and can be used optimally there. Data Governance: You develop governance rules for material master files and define binding standards, for example for name conventions, mandatory fields and data models. Data quality: You ensure high data quality across system boundaries, develop suitable KPIs and build a monitoring for sustainable quality assurance. Projects & Transformation: You actively participate in S/4HANA transformation, rollout and harmonisation projects. In doing so, you take responsibility for sub-projects and drive topics forward independently. Stakeholder management: You coordinate internal departments and external partners and ensure targeted and efficient cooperation. Integration & Architecture: You support the integration of SAP with engineering tools (e.g. CAD/PLM) as well as other third-party systems and work on a future-oriented system architecture including interfaces, APIs and middleware.

Qualification: You have a degree in business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification and provide a good understanding of the connection of IT and technical processes. Experience: You have several years of experience in material master data management and in handling SAP S/4HANA – ideally in the modules MM, PP or in the PLM-close environment. Process understanding: You have a very good understanding of engineering and production processes and can analyze and develop complex relationships in a structured manner. SAP know-how: You bring well-founded knowledge in handling material master files, piece lists and change processes. Experience with the SAP class system is a clear advantage. System landscapes: You have experience with PLM integrations or engineering systems as well as with complex and hybrid IT landscapes. Data competence: You have know-how in data migration, harmonisation and structuring of large data stocks and can develop sustainable data models. Working methods: You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview of complex relationships. You are convinced by a high communication and interface competence. Mindset: You take responsibility, act sovereignly and bring along a pronounced ownership mentality. At the same time, you do not hesitate to push things pragmatically and hands-on.
