Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Hamburg As a technical specialist: you know the Buderus system components in detail and support the planning and consulting in the project business with your expertise. You plan and design independently complex systems based on customer requests and thus make an important contribution to the successful implementation of projects in the technical system distribution. You will use your expert knowledge to answer technical questions from planning offices, public institutions and sales staff competently. In addition, you will conduct technical training to different system components for our sales staff and provide your know-how in a practical way. In solution-finding, you work closely with internal specialist departments and support our sales staff in demanding technical issues.

Education: completed technical studies, as an alternative to a further education as a heating engineer:in or state-tested:r Techniker:in the heating industry experience and know-how: multi-year professional experience in the plant business; sound knowledge of climate and control technology, hydraulics and digitalization; very good product and system knowledge; safe handling of SAP and CRM; Industry knowledge in the SHK sector Personality and working methods: You are characterized by their own initiative, commitment, and a quick understanding; complex facts analyze structured, communicate clearly and convincingly, work constructively in the team and appear confidently at any time; Moreover, you act flexibly, bindingly and reliably and always focus on the needs of our customers Languages: German in word and writing
