The teams are key to all internal and external employees of the department and take care of their essential concerns. The diverse services from different subdisciplines are distributed to the service team, the process service and the hotline of the GQ 0500 department, the IT services, as well as contract management and IT procurement coordination. For the team of IT procurement coordination, we are looking for a strong communication personality with reliable working methods to support.

Participation in the processing of IT procurement processes on various platforms (e.g. databases, ERP systems) including maintenance and archiving of the procurement documents, quality assurance and testing for completeness, requirements for the release of household funds, and maintenance and testing of the delivery status Edit, share and track templates, for example for the Executive Board Participation in the development of existing procurement processes, tools used and their documentation Contact person*in for internal questions about processes and contents

A completed vocational training in a managing, commercial, organisational area First task-relevant experience in expertise, ideally in IT procurement or in IT environment Basic understanding of hardware, software, IT services, cloud services etc. Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce etc.), communication topics and MS Office (especially Excel) German language skills in word and writing Knowledge of public procurement is desirable Communication strength with sovereign appearance as an interface between the IT department, demand providers and suppliers, a structured and careful thinking and working methods as well as solution and process orientation round off your profile
