Technical Planner for Building Services Systems (m/f/d)

You plan and project maintenance and refurbishment measures for fire alarm systems throughout the entire KTE and create the necessary technical documentation and plant documentation. By controlling all necessary measures in terms of demand and time, you ensure that the electrical system safety is guaranteed at any time and create risk assessments for the affected areas of work. You are responsible for the technical clarification and preparation of the appropriate measures and coordinate the operations of the work teams. You create and check performance descriptions and lists as well as documentation for change projects on all systems. You carry out quality tests and expert tests as well as tests according to the technical rules for operational safety (TRBS) for fire detection technology.

You have a degree in the field of electrical engineering or you can demonstrate similar knowledge with a further education as a masterin (m/w/d) or technicianin (m/w/d) and multi-year professional experience in fire detection technology. You bring very good knowledge in the field of fire detection technology and have ideally been able to gain professional experience in the planning and refurbishment of fire alarm systems for several years. You will use your expertise to develop technically safe and at the same time practical solutions taking into account the existing resources. With team capacity and strength, you will ensure a common technical understanding and good cooperation between the plant managers and the maintenance teams used on site. For this activity, you must bring the occupational medical suitability for work in radiation protection control areas and for work under respiratory protection (G 26.2) and under the risk of falling. In addition, you bring the willingness to participate in a willingness to call. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince with a very good oral and written expressability.
