Head of Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

You will ensure the smooth operation of the technical building equipment (HLSK/ELT) at our schools by taking over the strategic and organizational management of the property You lead, develop and motivate a team of around 20 employees (ingenieur/innen, technicians and masters) and create a valuable and healthy working environment You are driving the digitalisation of technical building management by actively supporting the department management in the introduction and development of CAFM, BIM and business process management You ensure quality by defining cross-disciplinary standards for building technology and coordinating the interfaces to other offices (in particular to the building office) in renovation and new building projects You advise the Head of Department on basic issues of building technology, prepare technical opinions and prepare proposals for the municipal council You contribute actively to climate and resource protection by developing and consistently implementing energy saving measures together with the Office for Environmental Protection A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A degree as a diploma engineer (FH/TU) or Bachelor or Master of Science/Engineering of the Department of Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, Technical Building Management, Facility Management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical building equipment and sound knowledge in maintenance control (e.g. according to DIN EN 31051) Ideally leadership experience or a detectable qualification for the management of teams In-depth knowledge of modern planning methods (BIM) and digital tools (e.g. CAFM, ADONIS) are advantageous for strategic orientation High decision-making power, strong willingness to take responsibility and the ability to efficiently, economically and solution-oriented control complex issues
