Project Manager Event and Organized Play Yu-Gi-Oh! (Focus on Store Support and Program Management) (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for a(n) Projektmanager*in (m/w/d) Event und Organized Play Yu-Gi-Oh! (focus store support and program management) in full time (32 or 40 hours/week) for an unlimited employment relationship. Pre-experiences in Organized Play are not absolutely necessary.

As a project manager*in with the focus Event and Organized Play, you can support national and international customers from Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. in Central and Eastern Europe by email and phone. In doing so, you’ll be puggling the database, giving updates to the homepage and creating reports as well as overviews. New customers will be trained in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Customer program introduced. In addition, you coordinate event messages, make allocations and send announcements. You work closely with our shipping service provider: in the logistical area, you will take over the processing of orders, shipping orders, delivery notes and returnees. You start calculations with the database and check customer activities. To ensure that all processes work smoothly, you are in direct contact with our customer (also in English) and are the first person to contact the shops.

Completed commercial training (e.g. event businesswoman or event businessman) or comparable professional experience (or completed studies e.g. business management) Organizational design with structured and independent working Communication strength and joy of international exchange Safe handling of MS Office and databases Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, other languages of advantage Fun at work and enthusiasm for new challenges
