At the next time, we are looking for you as a team leader:in Disposition (w/m/d) for TRANSA Spedition GmbH at the Hamburg location. Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the trouble-free, timely and economical disposition of orders, vehicles and technical aids. To do this, you communicate with entrepreneurs and customers
• In addition, you control the disposition of truck traffic in the area of partial and complete charge as well as advances and follow-ups in intermodal traffic
• In doing so, you are responsible for providing reports and key figures for billing and pay attention to compliance with standard & regulations
• You are responsible for managing the disposition and handling of customer orders and project business
• Observing and complying with the quality guidelines will complete your task

Your profile:

• You call a successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, for example as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, your own and have good geographic knowledge
• You also have several years of leadership experience in a similar position,
• When handling common computer applications, you feel safe
• You communicate confidently in German as well as English and convince by a safe, high-communication appearance. Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
• Your systematic way of working, team skills, your negotiation skills, and your ability to professionally overarching perspectives complete your profile
