In your position, you enter users personally on site, process and document orders in the ticket system. You are responsible for the hardware equipment of a customer's jobs and make sure that it works perfectly and meets the defined standard. From small faults to hardware repair - you retrieve faults, redirect devices after a malfunction and exchange damaged hardware parts. You carry out job relocations and the exchange of hardware directly with the users.
