In the field of social psychiatry, we are now looking for active support in the social therapeutic housing for people with mental illness as a team leader in the senior population. We are looking for a dedicated specialist (Sick Nurse/Sick Career/Heil Education Career/Social Worker or Comparative Qualification) to strengthen our team. Our business area is aimed at people with mental illnesses and includes professional support, the creation of the monthly schedule, professional documentation, acquisition, organisation of the sequence structures, support for clients in everyday management. Assistance to achieve individual objectives and to create opportunities for social participation, network care through close cooperation with relatives, doctors and therapists

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training/study in the social field
• Professional experience in working with mentally ill people is beneficial
• readiness for shift services and weekend services (no night service)
• Empathy, patience, and an appreciation of our clients.
• independent working and good organizational skills
• Team skills and communication strength
• Class B driving licence/car and minibuses required
