We are a modern, privately run dialysis company in the green Berlin-Zehlendorf. In addition to the care of patients with complete kidney failure, we also offer a medical outpatient care of all renal diseases in the ambulance area by means of renal replacement methods in the dialysis area. We are looking for you for this outpatient speech lesson! Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime 20 hours (afternoon – 14:00 – 18:00) for the area of ambulance

Patient tasks You test, judge and document the patient's condition. You take patient measures (e.g. blood collection, wound care). In the case of diagnostic or therapeutic measures, you support the doctors or perform them independently. You document the services provided. You carry out laboratory activities in the kidney center and document them. You meet internal and external appointments. You're organising the phone call. You scan and archive patient records. You create forms, letters and recipes. You take material management, ordering and goods control. Staff and operational tasks You regularly take part in the handovers and team meetings. You know how to work with new employees. You participate in the coordination and communication of workflows. You participate in quality assurance workgroups. You go professionally and carefully with cure, auxiliary and care products. You're taking file management and deposit.

You have a completed training as a medical specialist, medical assistant or nurse or Senior Consultant (m/w/d). If possible, you could gain several years of professional experience and have already worked in the field of ambulance. First experience in dialysis is desirable but not necessary. You spray team spirit, show sense of responsibility and motivation. You have an independent and reliable way of working. You understand something about targeted work and performance. You bring communication strength, flexibility and sensitivity in patient contact. You are collaborative and conflictable. You want to further develop your skills and enjoy further education and training.
