Project Manager Real Estate (m/f/d)

In your function, you take over the planning, control, implementation and finalization of new, re- and expansion projects as well as technical individual measures of different magnitudes – from initial planning to project completion to subsequent warranty tracking. In doing so, you are responsible for project management throughout all phases, including budget planning and control, and ensure that costs, dates, quality and documentation are reliably maintained. In addition, prepare tenders, coordinate the award of planning and construction services and agree closely with internal and external project participants. As a central contact person, you represent the interests of ADAC in the real estate projects, keep an overview of ongoing real estate measures, take prioritizations, ensure smooth cooperation between all parties and are constantly in close contact with the real estate management & general administration. In addition, ensure professional reporting: You prepare decisions in a sound manner, create meaningful presentations as well as status reports and ensure a transparent and structured project documentation. In addition, you can identify optimization potentials in our real estate portfolio and develop practical ideas for modern, economic and sustainable usage concepts for our offices and office spaces. In the day-to-day operating business, you support maintenance, modernization and individual measures and contribute to a reliable implementation with pragmatic solutions.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, real estate management, facility management or a comparable technical or craft qualification with relevant training. Ideally, you will bring several years of experience in project management, construction project management, real estate management, facility management or in the management of reconstruction, modernization and maintenance projects. You are familiar with project management, tenders, awards, cost control and scheduling and provide a good understanding of technical, economic and organizational relationships. Structured work, self-responsibility and solution orientation are a feature; you can also keep track of several parallel projects and make informed decisions. Communication strength, safe occurrence and enforcement capability help you to combine different interests and to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders. A pronounced hand-on mentality completes your profile: You take responsibility, think pragmatically and also take part in the operating daily business. To support our locations, bring the driving class B and use Microsoft 365, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, safely in everyday work.
