Management and support of training groups as well as planning, organisation and management of the training course To provide practical knowledge and skills in accordance with the training framework plan Preparation and monitoring of trainees in the final exams (AP 1 and AP 2) Integration of modern educational methods and teaching concepts using innovative technologies Development, implementation and evaluation of professional learning concepts – also in the context of adult education Planning, organisation and implementation of practical training projects and participation in training fairs and school events Instructions and specialist care in the areas of sheet metal processing, pipe processing and welding (MAG, WIG, E-Hand) Methods such as forming, separating and joining, manufacturing and assembly of pipe systems and constructions made of sheets and profiles Ensuring the professional use of tools, machines and devices in the field of metal processing Accompanying and evaluating practical exercises and projects focusing on quality, safety and precision

Master or technician (m/w/d) in the field of metal technology, construction or plant engineering, with training examination (AEVO) or many years of professional experience in this field Long-standing practical experience in metal processing, especially in welding and in sheet metal and pipe processing Enthusiasm for the professional and personal development of young people and interest in adult education Self-permanent, structured operation, safe occurrence and pronounced sensitivity Team skills, communication strength and pedagogical skills to connect specialist theory and practice Responsibility for order, cleanliness and occupational safety in training Safe handling of digital media and modern technologies (e.g. e-learning, MS Office)
