Payment Transactions Clerk (m/w/d)

We take care of the processing, processing and supervision of the various topics of payment transactions in a large private customer bank. We process the SEPA and foreign payment transactions, manage damages and investigations, process and clarify customer requests as well as complaints. We also supervise the coordination and processing of our Cash Recycler systems, compile statistics and evaluations and take care of the coordination of CpD accounts. We are of course also contact persons for our branches and third parties, such as our WTU service providers, and enable our house to connect to the interface for electronic banking services.

Successfully completed banking training or commercial training with experience in payment transactions, market success Passive or accounting You are safe in handling common IT applications like the MS Office package and can work well into new systems, techniques and facts Good rhetorical skills in word and writing You are characterized by a conscientious, independent and careful procedure You are stressful, show great commitment as well as flexibility and have the ability to work with a cooperative team
