Experience in a leadership role with team and sales responsibility (e.g. store manager, studio management, hospitality, retail) Completed vocational training and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience – ideally in the retail, premium or health environment Entrepreneurial thinking & and pronounced cost/benefit orientation Joy in building and developing a team Passion for Health, Micronutrients, Biohacking & Longevity Host-Mindset, convincing appearance and final strength in the customer:inner contact Implementation strength, ownership and flexibility in a dynamic environment
