Senior Payroll Specialist – LOGA HR (P&I) (m/f/d)

You are a professional entity for Payroll in the HoldCo: You are responsible for the billing over several companies, create audit and audit security, and build Payroll to remain scalable – despite growth, special cases and high timing. You're not leading discipline, but you're giving the technical direction.

Your responsibility (Ownership instead of work)

Accountable for the monthly race: time security, quality, corrections, completion – with clear controls Payroll Governance: Standards, Control Framework (Plausibility, Four Eyes, Deviation Analysis), Documentation Tax & SV special cases can be solved in a sovereign way (reductions, entry/outputs, variable remuneration, absences, suspensions etc.) LOGA HR (P&I) Power User: Understanding billing logic, Identifying error sources, Fixing causes Interface and Stakeholder Management: HR, Finance, Executives, External Bodies (SV/Financial Office) Examination Readiness Ensure: Documents, Detections, Argumentation – proactive instead of reactive Continuous improvement: Processes unify, reduce error rates, shorten throughput times

Long-standing payroll experience with full end-to-end responsibility for billing runs (we are looking for expert:inner level) Detectional practice in complex environments (multiple societies/locations, growth, high variance) Very secure tax & SV knowledge – you are a contact person:in case of disputed issues LOGA HR (P&I): routined, analytic, solution-oriented (not only data acquisition) You work “like a:e Owner:in”: structured, risk-conscious, with measurable quality standards Experience with SV/LSt tests or their preparation (audit trail, proofs, argumentation) Construction/further development of payroll standards (checklists, control points, monthly closing playbook) Close cooperation with Finance (voices, provisions, reporting)
