These exciting tasks await you

As a construction manager, you have personal freedom and the degree of self-determination required for your role in order to successfully shape your projects You coordinate the entire process of our construction and ensure the technical and contractual processing You set up schedules, coordinate the assembly implementation and document the steps to prepare the billing You lead your team, tax forwarders at the same time and instruct them on the task You are responsible for the performance control as well as for monitoring the timing, commissioning and acceptance of the contractual services in the specified cost framework You are responsible for the work security at the construction site and are responsible for implementing the BAUER quality standards according to QM manual

That's what you bring to it

You have a completed electrotechnical training recognized in Germany as e.g. an electronics company for energy and building technology, ideally with a technical or master's degree You bring relevant professional experience, have already gained experience in the management of construction sites and are organized and enforceable You have knowledge of DIN and VDE regulations, VOB Part B/C as well as line system guidelines LAR You have the rating of class B
