They place orders in SAP and ComPASS and are responsible for planning and commissioning internal and external audits. In addition, you take over the complete project coordination with the associated tasks such as order control, appointment, internal and external procurement of documents and test samples as well as provision of it. The project coordination between global TÜV locations, the clarification of questions with internal and external contacts and the processing of customer complaints is also your responsibility. In addition, you will assemble testbooks for documentation within customer-specific processes. Finally, you support the commercial service in credit assessments, prepayments and receivable management as well as the key account managers in implementing customer-specific order processes.

Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, e.g. industrial salesman, office saleswoman/-mann, forwarding saleswoman/-mann, retail saleswoman/-mann, bank saleswoman/-mann, hotel saleswoman/-mann At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience, experience in project management of advantage Embossed communication strength and high service orientation combined with affinity to work into complex technical areas Flowing German knowledge and good English skills
