To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a team assistant (m/w/d) Wind & Site Assessment Engineer in part or full time at the Potsdam site.

Support of team management and team in all organizational and administrative matters Responsibility for travel management and processing of freight bills Representation and support in the field of project coordination Organisation of internal and external team and employee meetings Active participation in the optimization of internal processes General assistance (research, document management, time-limit and re-submission management)

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable completion Multiannual professional experience as (team)assistance in project management Organisational skills and an independent and structured way of working Communication strength and team spirit German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office 365
