Become Polier:in: We train you according to a training plan adapted to you in various departments in the group (e.g. work safety, work preparation, concrete technology, 5S, BIM, warranty etc.) The introduction is complemented by additional training measures You are the engine of the construction site: organize construction processes, control work on site, perform construction site employees Bring us forward: Planning and purchasing of material and controlling material use You take everything into consideration: control of appointments, quality standards in the team, implementation and organisation of the occupational safety and health protection of your team

You have a completed professional and technical vocational training and/or further training on:the tested Polish:in, Master:in, Werkpolier:in or Foreman:in or technician:in Professional experience is desirable You bring fun to craft activities You own Office-365 knowledge You have Class B driving licence Teamability, enforcement and a dedicated and independent way of working complete your profile
