Own creation and preparation of creative, vegetarian dishes for daily ca. 40–50 people (breakfast, lunch, snacks) Responsibility for the entire cooking process – from shopping to dressing – in a relaxed, private atmosphere Focus on fresh, seasonal and regional ingredients, combined with tastefully surprising and aesthetically appealing dishes Menu planning and optionally Special menus for special occasions or guests Organisation and care of the kitchen including goods management and hygiene according to HACCP standards Bringing your culinary manuscript and creative ideas into a high-quality, plant-based cuisine

Completed training to cook / cook Passion for vegetarian cuisine and a fine feel for harmonious flavor combinations Experience as a cook/kitchen with a focus on plant-based diet Creativity to bring dishes tastefully and visually to the next level Structured and independent working – you are the creative head behind the kitchen Interest in sustainable, conscious cuisine and high-quality, fresh ingredients Joy in holistic care: from healthy breakfast to balanced lunch to small snacks for snacks
