Senior Business Process Architect (m/f/d)

Process architecture and process landscape: You develop the group-wide process landscape and secure a consistent, transparent and sustainable process architecture. Process modeling and standards: You model and document business processes according to BPMN 2.0 and ensure consistent modeling, name and approval standards. Responsibility for SAP Signavio: You answer the process management platform professionally, develop it continuously and ensure targeted deployment in the organization. Process analysis and optimization: You analyze existing processes, identify potential improvements and develop efficient target processes together with the specialist areas. Process indicators and digitization: You support data-based optimization initiatives through the development of process key figures and the support of automation and process mining projects. Collaboration and consulting: You advise specialist areas, projects and executives in process-related questions and moderate cross-disciplinary workshops. Completion of the organization: You train key users and process managers and promote a uniform process understanding within the group of companies. Interface and Compliance Management: You ensure the coordination between process model, ERP landscape and QM documentation and take into account regulatory requirements and system changes.

Foundation training: You have a degree in economic informatics, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification. Experience in process management: You have at least 6 years of professional experience in process management, process modeling, business process reengineering or a comparable consulting function. Methodology competence in process modeling: You bring well-founded knowledge in BPMN 2.0; Experiences with further modeling standards are advantageous. Digital process management tools: You work safely with modeling platforms and ideally have practical experience with SAP Signavio. Understanding processes and systems: You know the relationships between business processes and ERP system landscapes, especially in the SAP environment. Analytical strength and optimization competence: You have experience with methods of process improvement such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen and recognize optimization potentials quickly and structured. Structured and self-sponsored working: You work organised, secure priorities and perform tasks independently, reliably and targeted. Communication and implementation strength: You are convinced by a safe occurrence, moderation skills, pronounced stakeholder management and very good knowledge of German and English.
