You are the first contact person for our tenants and are responsible for the customer-oriented management of a defined stock. These include in particular: Responsibility for a defined housing stock incl. Maintenance of the tenant master data Completion and termination of leases personal and telephone support of the tenants (interpreting hours, mail, telephone and various other media) Processing of damages in the context of ongoing small maintenance (visits, warranty and insurance checks, invoice processing incl. Capacity, Budget Monitoring Detection and documentation of repair requirements by regular object visits Processing of deficiencies, rent reduction requests and rental debts in the out-of-court dunning Implementation of the rental increase procedure according to § 558 BGB and § 559 BGB Implementation and securing of tenant events

Professional experience in housing safe handling of ERP systems in the housing industry as well as common MS Office applications high digital skills and openness for modern technologies independent, careful and reliable operation pronounced customer orientation, very good ways of handling and communication strength Teamability, organizational capacity and safe occurrence compared to different tenant groups Foreign language skills desirable Class B car driver certificate
