Senior Finance Manager - Accounting / HGB (m/f/d)

You are responsible for all financial management You ensure compliance with all tax regulations (HGB, AO, UStG) and regulatory compliance You control budgeting and financial planning processes, develop detailed forecasts and guide action recommendations As an important interface, you work closely with payroll accounting and HR department You analyze existing financial processes, identify potentials and advance the further development of internal control systems You prepare meaningful financial reports as well as ad hoc analyses for stakeholders and present your results according to target groups

Certified accountant – e.g. balance sheet account holder (IHK), tax advisor, ACCA, CPA or an equivalent recognised qualification Higher education in accounting, finance, business or related fields At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of accounting/finance, ideally in a GmbH or a similar company structure Knowledge of German trade and tax law (HGB, AO, UStG), corporate taxation, financial reporting and budgeting and forecasting Practical experience with accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP, Lexware or similar ERP systems) Secure handling of MS Excel and financial reporting tools Liquid German knowledge (business level, C1+) and very good English skills High detail accuracy, pronounced analytical skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach Ability to work independently and keep dates in a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP/booking systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, DATEV, Business Central or similar systems).
