ESTABLISHMENT OF BUDGET AND DEPARTMENTS (W/M/I)

Head of the Department of Budgets and Taxes with the areas of household and annual accounts (town and private), taxes, contributions and participation management with a total of 11 employees Coordination of budgeting, including the management of budget discussions, together with the departmental management Monitoring of under-year implementation of the budget and advice and implementation of counter-control measures as needed Coordination of municipal annual accounts and annual accounts of private enterprises incl. End control and plausibility check Participation in the transition process to SAP S/4HANA Management and monitoring of urban participation management Decision of difficult tax and contributions, including the implementation of difficult opposition procedures Coordination of fee calculations

Successfully completed studies on/to the Dipl. Administrative specialist (FH) or Bachelor of Arts – Public Management, preferably with the Department of Economics and Finance, to/from the Administration or Comparative Qualification Self-employed, reliable and thorough work, commitment and initiative Very good knowledge of municipal budgets and company law as well as experience in dealing with SAP (KM.Financials) are of advantage, if required, appropriate training is offered Affinity for numbers and safe handling with Excel Safe appearance, good ways of dealing, discretion and trustworthiness in communication with citizens and colleagues Leadership with strong communication skills, high performance, decision-making, enforcement ability and team capacity

An unlimited full-time job (39 hours per week or 41 hours per week) The place is in principle divisible. Please contact us.
