You bring extensive expertise in complex issues relating to tax accounting and corporate tax reporting? With us, you take full responsibility for corporate tax reporting according to IFRS, strategic tax planning and implementation of Pillar Two in a dynamic group environment. Be part of a dedicated team! In this role you live our hybrid model ''Flexibel'''. You will work one or two fixed or flexible days on site, and on the other days you can work remotely. This is what awaits you You are responsible for the Group-wide tax reporting according to IFRS in all quarters, annual and consolidated financial statements, and you will start the corresponding notes In addition, you conduct the strategic responsibility for the minimum tax to Pillar Two at Group level You conduct and coordinate the Group-wide Tax Reporting, conduct reviews and set standards for operational excellence In addition, you develop comprehensive tax planning concepts, identify design options and perform deviation analyses - always with a view to the entire corporate strategy You process complex issues related to business transactions and evaluate their impact on tax positions across the Group As a central contact person, you control communication with all corporate companies in Germany and abroad as well as with auditors and external tax advisors at strategic level

You have a very good degree in economics with a focus on accounting, auditing or tax Through activities in corporate tax departments of industrial companies and/or large audit and tax consulting companies, you bring extensive professional experience in tax accounting & reporting Your deeper knowledge of IFRS accounting (in particular IAS 12) and HGB as well as tax law distinguishes you You enthuse us with your analytical mindset and a structured, independent and result-oriented way of working with a self-sure appearance as well as pronounced communication skills You are IT-affin and bringing sound know-how in relevant IT tools - ideally GlobalTaxCenter (GTC)/Income Taxes from Amana/Lucanet Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
