Technical Clerk Sales Inside Sales (m/f/d)

You feel comfortable at the interface between technology, customer care and commercial topics? You don't just want to create offers, but you want to fully support customer concerns and support long-term business relationships? Then this position could fit you exactly. As an employee in technical sales, you take on a variety of tasks relating to the care of existing customers and the handling of individual requests. You enter existing business customers and are contact person for technical and commercial questions

As a sales representative in the interior service, you coordinate inquiries and accompany them from the first exam to the delivery creation

You calculate services, prepare contract documents and arrange for complete documentation

You regularly agree with internal departments and external contact persons and accompany contract negotiations

You will follow developments in the market and occasionally represent the company at customer meetings and events

You have a technical training with further education, a technical study or a comparable qualification

Ideally, you have already gained experience in a customer-oriented technical or commercial position

As a technical customer manager, you convince with communication strength, negotiation skills and a safe occurrence

You work structured and independent and are familiar with MS Office and common ERP systems

You can also communicate safely in English and are open to occasional missions
