You work with the award of planning and construction services. You control external planning offices in construction projects in planning and implementation in all phases of the HOAI. You conduct and coordinate construction projects and are responsible for the coordination with internal and external bodies. Your tasks include the preparation and execution of acceptances as well as auditing and space-use matters.

A prerequisite for the recruitment is a completed degree (FH Diploma or Bachelor) of Architecture or Civil Engineering as well as a long-term practical experience in a relevant field. The invitation to tender is also aimed at persons who do not have the required training, but can nevertheless fully take over the tasks of the workplace. In this case, the grouping depends on your special practical experience for the specific workplace. Depending on the individual case, you will be grouped into the next lower pay group (11 TV-L).
