General responsibility for the security technology department, including strategic, personnel and commercial management Assessment of performance lists as well as creation and controlling of yields in close cooperation with technical directors and project managers Planning, control and optimization of schedules and personnel deployment plans for a team of around 25 employees Promoting and developing team competencies through targeted training and individual support of existing staff Active recruitment of new talents and ensuring optimal integration as well as professional and personal development

Completed studies, technicians or masters in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology or a related area Multiannual, detectable leadership experience of industrial employees on different levels of experience In-depth knowledge in project management as well as in commercial management of projects Communication strength, empathy and enforcement ability as well as a structured and targeted way of working German language skills in word and writing, good English skills are advantageous – other foreign languages are a plus Class B driving licence and low readiness to travel
