Development of construction projects and construction maintenance measures from basic determination to object support Planning of technical installations focusing on news technology for new, re- and extension buildings (e.g. financial offices, ministries) Coordination with other project participants and regular participation in construction meetings Creation of performance directories including subsequent examination of the offers Control and verification of services freelance workers in execution up to acceptance Participation in the creation of energy and infrastructure concepts

Complete study of the field of communication technology or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Experience in the planning and implementation of construction measures, ideally in all phases of the HOAI You are characterized by your team skills and support your colleagues to achieve common goals You communicate clearly and precisely in word and writing of the German language You convince with a strong communication strength and a sense of responsibility You have an economic understanding and a holistic understanding of technically complex relationships IT affinity in dealing with the applicable programs, e.g. MS Office applications You have a class B/3 licence and the willingness to travel within Schleswig-Holsteins
