(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in customer service is desirable, but no requirement Self-employed, reliable and careful operation Friendly and customer-oriented appearance Team skills and responsibility driving licence class B You think in a solution-oriented manner, work independently and have the pleasure of analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems independently. You take responsibility for your work and are entitled to offer our customers high-quality and long-term solutions. Product knowledge of various heating manufacturers (e.g. Viessmann, Wolf, Stiebel Eltron, Daikin or NIBE) are advantageous, but not a prerequisite. A thorough training and regular training and further training are of course for us.
