The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. We are looking for dedicated and qualified professionals such as: Examined health and nursing staff, nurses, educators, nurses or nursing staff (m/w/d) in full or part-time for our youth centres. Organization and structuring of the hospital daily: You actively support planning and coordination to ensure a smooth process for patients and the team. Co-therapeutic conversations: You target topics from individual or group therapies and deepen them to promote the therapeutic process. Crisis intervention: You are the first respondent in acute situations and provide competent support to ensure stability and safety. Management of therapy groups: You independently conduct groups on topics such as relaxation, mindfulness, social competence or skills training and thus promote the personal development of patients. Therapy with eating disorders: You support patients during meals and help them develop a healthy approach to food.

You have a completed training for the educator or the nurse (m/w/d). Ideally, you already have experience in the areas of psychosomatics/psychiatry or care for people in housing and home groups – but this is not a prerequisite. Communication strength, team skills and joy at work are yours. Their appearance towards patients, patients and their references is characterized by respect, professionalism and empathy. You are curious about new topics and are interested in professional development.
