Head of Logistics, Process Control & Performance Measurement (all genders)

As department manager Logistics (all genders), you are responsible for the process control and performance measurement of the logistics and are responsible for the following tasks: Process responsibility and control Design, analysis and optimization of logistics end-to-end processes, together with operational process control Identification of process bottlenecks and weaknesses and the introduction of optimization measures Control and monitoring of order release, smoothing, picking and pick logic on a daily basis KPI- & Performance-Monitoring Performance monitoring and analysis, documentation and improvement of existing KPI logic Development of forecast and early warning indicators for peaks and capacity bottlenecks Responsibility for budget management and resource planning Technology Planning, implementation and monitoring of logistics and IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies Requirements formulation for operational functions in WMS, OMS, BI Cost management Construction and maintenance of internal performance accounting logic Support for the creation of the annual budget or Forecast planning in cooperation with the management Sparring partners and consultants for management in business and strategic topics Close cooperation with the parent company and other companies

Complete business studies (e.g. BWL, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management) or a similar qualification Multiannual experience and sound technical knowledge (logistics, computer science, network) as well as business skills (budget, strategy, controlling) Very good understanding of logistic performance indicators, leverage effects and economic effects Experience in handling (or designing) control instruments, such as pick logic, slotting, forecasts Safe handling of BI tools and analytical skills Analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a high affinity for numbers and digitization topics Solution-oriented and independent functioning as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action Very good MS Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
