This is fun:

• independent preparation of food, drinks and their output
• daily cooking meeting with the civilian kitchen assistants on the planned course in consultation with the kitchen master
• personnel deployment planning
• award of work contracts to the kitchen assistants
• Classification and monitoring of the issue of food
• Monitoring of out-of-home occupancy
• Coordination of food preparation for food output
• Monitoring and implementation of hygiene regulations (cf. allg. Regulation d. Bundeswehr)
• Detection of any defects in the kitchen area
• Verification of completeness, completeness and usability of all devices
• Support of the kitchen master for the requirement of consumables as well as protective and special clothing and, where appropriate, their management

You're bringing:

• Multiannual Professional Experience as Kitchen Assistant (m/w/d)
• Health certificate (instruction according to §43)
• layer readiness
• Willing to work on celebration and bridge days
• German in Word & Writing (min. C2)
• physical loadability
