They are responsible for the management of complex, national and international projects, as well as for the execution of contracts within the framework of the appointment, performance and budget requirements. Your activities include monitoring and processing of project status for internal and external reporting. You create policy templates and provide appropriate clarification on challenges beyond your decision-making space. This includes the management of the project finances in close coordination with the controlling. In addition, the professional leadership of an interdisciplinary project team is part of your task. They moderate and conduct project meetings. They negotiate receivables and contract changes in agreement with the management. The maintenance of the project documentation and the internal reporting system completes your area of responsibility.

They have successfully completed technical or scientific studies or comparable training in the field. They bring relevant, long-term experience as a responsible program or project manager, ideally from the defence sector and/or plant engineering. You can demonstrate demonstrable successes in project execution and in the leadership of interdisciplinary project teams in the international environment. You also have the certification IPMA Level B. Embossed communication skills with intercultural feel and parquet skills are a feature. They have safe negotiating skills and a strong enforcement capability. They have an independent, independent and solution-oriented way of working. A high degree of self-motivation and initiative as well as proactivity are of course for you. International missions give you pleasure. Negotiating German and English skills complete your profile.
