What we plan together:

In the middle of it: With 11 people, we ensure that new colleagues find their way to the REWE Group. With us you quickly collect HR practice experience in project management, talent sourcing and recruiting.

You support reporting, work on formats such as #jobtasting, the GO! Newsletter and REWE Group Voices, and you accompany a pilot project to develop a new audience.

After you have been involved, you will take first part in the external talent Sourcing.

What you do with us:

Everything that moves us: You get insights into all the topics of the team and supports where power is needed. Your ideas include: With your analytical view and fresh ideas, you are actively involved in our sourcing and talent topics. You keep the threads together: In cooperation with different stakeholders: inside and project partners, you keep an overview and sorgst for structure. You get to know HR from the inside: Talent Sourcing, Internal Talent Relationship Management and Recruiting live & hands‐on.
