Account Manager - Customer Service/Technical Sales (m/f/d)

Customer Success: Because you understand the business model of your customers, you advise and develop it proactively in MAILINGWORK. Revenue Management: You analyze your customer base's account data and reach your defined Revenue targets by up- and cross-selling. You have compiled the forecast for this yourself, the KPIs in the eye. Churn Prevention & Retention Management: You know exactly when it's time to renegotiate your customers' contracts. Your team counts on you when it comes to support price negotiations or contract renewals. master data management and process optimization: You document everything that your team serves to develop the customer in a conscientious manner on the customer profile. You see which adjusting screws have to be turned and twisted.

You have at least 4 years of experience in areas such as Account Management, Customer Success Management or Revenue Management, ideally in the field of software. You are a communication talent with strong negotiating skills. The relationship structure is easy for you, both within the team and with customers. You prefer the phone as the first means of communication and use emails as an alternative. Your knowledge of German is at a very good level, you can master English in word and writing.
