In our Healthcare Business Unit at Harsewinkel location, you work for one of our largest customers and develop to the Service Delivery Manager (m/w/x). Together with your team, you actively shape our services for our key customers, take responsibility and ensure that we comply with our Service Level Agreements and deliver them measurably. Take responsibility in the Service Delivery Management step by step: You work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, accompany the day-to-day business and gradually take over your own responsibility areas in customer management for our largest healthcare customer. So you continuously grow into the role of a future team leadership and build deep understanding of our customer service Control service performance: You prepare customer service KPIs, present them in a comprehensible manner with our client and, together with the team, take measures to optimize Further development of the Customer Satisfaction: You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials in the customer service and develop concrete improvement measures together with the team to sustainably increase customer satisfaction Conduct data and KPI analyses: You extract relevant data from SAP and other systems, evaluate them systematically and visualize the results in Excel and PowerPoint. Your analyses enable you to identify trends early and improve our service performance in a targeted way Troubleshooting and Priority in Day Business: In case of urgent concerns, you pack pragmatically, prioritize enquiries and also in stressful situations for clear communication and quick solutions

Academic background: You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communication Sciences or a comparable degree course First practical experience: You bring first experience in sales, customer service or logistics - e.g. through internships or working student activities. Alternatively, you’ve already gained first leadership experience through volunteer engagement and developed fun to take responsibility Language and IT skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English. In addition, you have very good knowledge of all MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Special interest & learning motivation: You have a high process understanding and great interest in developing customer service and logistics processes.
