As a construction manager (m/w/d), you take a key role in the realization of our demanding construction projects. From the first ground stitch to the turnkey hand, keep all threads in hand – technically, economically and organizationally.

Your tasks in detail: overall coordination of the design: You control the complete implementation of turnkey buildings, taking into account quality, dates and costs – always with a view to the whole. Ensure quality: You ensure the highest standards of execution – based on the recognised rules of technology and our established GOLDBECK systems and processes. Responsibility: As a responsible building manager (m/w/d) after LBO, you are responsible for the overall legal and technical responsibility for the project. Subcontractor management: You create lists of services, award construction services to selected partners and carry out technical monitoring of the execution. Coordination of own services: You can also control our own structures into the project sequence with a safe hand. Cost and performance control: You collect services, create bills and keep the project costs under control. Take-off and commissioning: With your know-how, you will accompany the final project phase – from the first functional test to the problem-free transfer to the customer.
