Your job with usShort: You build our new field of photovoltaic solutions and guide them both operationally and strategically.

In detail:

Constructions & Designs You design the new field PV and lays structures, processes and roles for project planning and assembly

Set targets You define clear workflows from the network request to commissioning and control the area via matching KPIs

Building a team You select new team members (e.g. PV project planner, construction manager, electric master) and perform them professionally as well as disciplinaryly

Connect You are the central interface to network operators (VNB), authorities, general contractors, suppliers and management

Optimize You continuously improve planning, logistics and installation processes and ensure compliance with VDE standards and work protection

Numbers in sight You are responsible for budget planning for the department, calculates major projects and keeps the economy under control That's what you bring • Technical training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics for energy and building technology, master, technician) • Found professional experience in the construction or commissioning of PV systems • First experience in building or managing teams, subcontractors or projects • A highly structured, analytical and independent method • A healthy portion of Macher mentality and entrepreneurial thinking • Communication strength and desire for real leadership
