You create performance directories and tender documents (LP 6) You shall participate in the award, including tenders and award proposals (LP 7) You take over the independent construction monitoring of road, civil engineering and infrastructure measures (LP 8) You coordinate the construction sites as well as the time, cost and quality control You are examining allowances, allowances and invoices You agree with contracting entities:

You bring a completed study in civil engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the performance phases 6-8 of the HOAI – career starters are also welcome. You are safe in handling the VOB as well as the usual technical regulations. An independent, responsible manner of operation and a class B driver's license are of course for you. You communicate in German (C1 level) in order to agree clearly with all project participants.
