Cutting machine operator - grinding technology / CNC (m/f/d)

You set up CNC-controlled and conventional grinding machines, independently select the appropriate tools and adjust the machining parameters. You process precise components made of tungsten and molybdenum according to technical drawings and perform external, internal, plan and profile grinding operations. You are responsible for compliance with the required dimensional and dimensional accuracy by conducting independent tests with modern measuring devices and documenting the results. In close coordination with the team, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and work processes. You take over the regular maintenance and maintenance of the machines to ensure a smooth production process.

You have a completed training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already bring professional experience in grinding (especially circular grinding) and in handling CNC-controlled machines. The safe handling of technical drawings as well as common measuring and testing equipment is of course for you. An independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working as well as the willingness to shift work (2- or 3-layer system). For the smooth coordination in the team and the understanding of the work instructions, you are sure to communicate in German.
