At present, the opportunity to take over responsibility for the implementation and management of projects in the field of plant engineering as assembly manager (m/w/d). In this role, you lead a team of about 50 employees and are critically involved in the further development of the operating processes to advance the success and growth of the company.

We look forward to your application! · You are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of customer projects, including new installations, retrofits and control rebuilds, and ensure that all projects are successfully completed. · Your tasks include coordination and coordination of internal assembly teams and external service providers to ensure smooth project execution. · You ensure that all projects are completed within the agreed quality, appointment and budget requirements. · You are responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation of supplementary and amending measures to efficiently and customer-oriented solve project changes. · You lead, motivate and develop the service and assembly team and are actively involved in recruiting and integrating new professionals. · You work on the continuous optimization of processes, including the digitization of assembly protocols and the introduction of new software tools for assembly and service processes. · You ensure the continuous improvement of quality and safety standards, conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

You have a completed technical study (machine engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering) or an equivalent technical training with further training as a technician/master. You bring several years of experience in the project, service or assembly line of industrial plants. You have profound knowledge in project management, quality management and work safety and are well familiar with the relevant processes. You are safe to use common software tools, especially MS Office, FSM and ERP systems, and use them safely in your daily work. Personally, you are characterized by a pronounced leadership and organizational competence as well as an economic understanding and your tasks are based on a structured and proactive way of working. Good knowledge of English and readiness to travel for occasional journeys abroad complete your profile.
