AI Product Owner (m/f/d)

As an AI Product Owner (m/w/d) in the Operations Customer Care Management Board, you are responsible for the implementation and further development of innovative AI products at the interface between customer care and technology. Its focus is on the optimal integration of AI solutions into customer contact processes to enable the best possible experiences for customers and agents. Content strategy and quality assurance play a central role here: You develop clear content for service content platforms, control requirements management in interaction with AI solutions and continuously optimize through user feedback. Together with internal stakeholders such as our IT and technology organisation and external stakeholders, you are driving forward the strategic development of our AI initiatives. You take responsibility for the end-to-end development of AI products in the customer care sector and accompany the entire product life cycle, from the first idea to the implementation to the optimization in live operation. You develop a clear product strategy and a roadmap for AI applications in the customer care sector and ensure their continuous implementation. You collect and analyse requirements in close cooperation with specialist areas, data scientists and the respective IT contact persons as well as other relevant stakeholders in order to shape tailor-made solutions. You define and prioritize the product backlog, control the implementation together with the technical product owners of the AI solutions and ensure that all requirements are implemented efficiently. You are responsible for the technical integration of AI solutions into existing CRM and process landscapes to ensure seamless and efficient workflows. You continuously monitor product performance based on defined KPIs and derive technical requirements for IT optimization measures to increase the effectiveness and added value of the solutions. You identify new AI trends and evaluate their potential for the customer care sector in order to make early use of innovative technologies and methods. You control external service providers and partners in the context of AI product development, negotiate contracts and ensure successful cooperation. You develop and communicate a clear content strategy for the service content platforms, derived from the strategic objectives of Customer Operations for 1&1 and Drillisch. You are responsible for the requirement management and quality assurance: You collect, analyze and prioritize requirements for content in interaction with AI solutions. You promote innovation through the provision of appropriate content on the relevant platforms that serve the respective target group and AI solutions. You use continuous feedback to validate and optimize content for the respective solutions.

You have a completed degree in business information technology, computer science, business management or a comparable discipline that gives you a thorough understanding of technological and business relations. You have already gained several years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable role, ideally focusing on AI technologies or automation. You have a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing and related AI technologies and know how these can be integrated profitably in business processes. You have experience in the development and introduction of AI products in a business environment and can demonstrate successfully implemented projects. Your competencies in Prompt Engineering have been proven in practice. You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and know how to effectively control and accompany agile development teams. You are characterized by pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and are able to prepare complex facts structured and understandable. You communicate clearly and convincingly and understand how to inspire different stakeholders at all levels for your ideas and solutions. You work on their own initiative, solution-oriented and bring a high level of innovation to advance new AI applications creatively and strategically. Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems and know how You can be integrated into business processes to increase efficiency. You are fluent in the German and English languages in order to be able to act safely in an international environment.
