Technical Shift Supervisor / Set-Up Operator (m/f/d)

You take the technical responsibility for your team within the shift and ensure clear processes and compliance with relevant requirements You co-ordinate employees in day-to-day business and support them in professional issues in ongoing operation You develop existing structures and processes and actively contribute improvements to everyday production You recognize deviations early, introduce appropriate measures and ensure a stable production process You work closely with the shift master and adjacent areas You also support surgically, for example when retrofitting systems

You have a completed technical training or a comparable qualification You bring extensive experience in a production environment and know the processes in shift operation You have a good understanding of processes and structures and want to actively shape them. You like to take responsibility in the team and support employees with clarity and overview You communicate openly and bindingly and promote good cooperation in the team You bring technical understanding and craftsmanship. Ideally you have basic knowledge in English
