Dispatcher Production Control - Medical Technology (m/f/d)

You control and dispose materials, product components and finished products in the daily business in close cooperation with Production Planning and Production You plan, prioritize and monitor production orders using clearly defined control logics (e.g. FIFO) and ensure a stable production flow You monitor stocks, work-in-progress and throughput times and derive appropriate measures in case of deviations You recognize capacity and material bottlenecks early, evaluate demand and available capacities and actively control countermeasures such as replanning or escalation You work closely with the fields of production, logistics, quality testing, purchasing, receipt of goods and with external suppliers and ensure a timely order processing You prepare production-relevant data, analyze key figures (e.g. WIP, bottlenecks, backlogs) and make fact-based decisions You work with Excel-based control and planning tools as well as existing dashboards and develop them further as needed You actively advance continuous improvements in processes, control logics and data structures

Required qualifications Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, logistics, supply chain or comparable training In addition, you have already gained professional experience in the field of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, shopfloor management or work preparation in a manufacturing environment Embossed proactive communication competence, with the ability to bring constructive solutions across areas, to clearly represent priorities, to make compromises targeted, and to escalate topics in a manner that is appropriate to the situation and addressing. Very good MS-Excel knowledge in handling complex datasets and planning files Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Preferred qualifications Experience in handling digital control systems (e.g. Power BI) Knowledge of Lean, Flow or Engpass Control Principles
